Man called Martin from shop staff was quite rude to me and abuse im foreighn.with physical and verbal abuse hr told me to get out from shop... Sorry he is for me I'm not for him.. When I try complain abt his service .. I was try to buy a bike wort over £330.. And I asked to assembly in store they said no problem come back in 1hr I back and I call back shop and I spotted he try to sale to me ex display bicycle .. And he said this I one which I show to him .. But with wrong rim size.. 16-..18 he said he can't disassembled and swap.it.for 18 or come back tomorrow.. . Sorry but other staff member was 100% ready for help and sort out my case and assembly new bicycle unit with proper size of rim.. I'm not happy .. I had to call customers service line to complaint abt this.. I never had badd experience in anny other country or shop in UK or NI
